1. Add 3 grams of salt to clean water, boil the noodles for 8 minutes until the noodles are no longer hard.

3. While the noodles are cooking, prepare the vegetables. Cut the spring bamboo shoots, black fungus, and green pepper into thin strips, and chop the green onion and ginger.

4. Cut the tenderloin into strips and add Lee Kum Kee's secret braised sauce, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes, then add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and mix well

5. When the oil in the pan is hot, add the marinated shredded pork and stir-fry quickly over medium heat until the shredded pork changes color. Then turn off the heat and serve.

6. Leave some oil in the pan, sauté the chopped green onion and ginger until fragrant, then add the spring bamboo shoots, stir-fry for a few times and add 2 spoons of fish sauce

7. Add another bowl of noodle cooking water, mix well, add shredded fungus, and boil.

8. Finally, add the cooked pork and green pepper, mix quickly and turn off the heat.
