How to make shrimp tofu

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. Fresh shrimp and tofu are easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making it by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Prepare the prawns

2. Cut tofu into small pieces

3. Remove the heads, skins and shrimp threads of the prawns, add a little cooking wine and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

4. Boil the tofu in a pot.

5. Take out the blanched tofu cubes and drain the water

6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the shrimp until cooked.

7. Add a bowl of broth when the shrimp turns red

8. Bring to a boil and simmer the blanched tofu for 5 minutes

9. Add a little seafood soy sauce, salt and pepper.

10. Serve in a bowl
