How to make carrot sesame steamed buns

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, carrot sesame steamed buns are easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete. You might as well give it a try.

1. Peel and clean the carrots, then cut into small pieces.

2. Put it into a food processor and add pure milk to make carrot juice.

3. Put all the ingredients except white sesame seeds into the bread machine and start kneading for 15 minutes.

4. Add sesame seeds and stir for another 5 minutes.

5. Take it out, dip your hands in dry powder, rub and beat for 5 minutes.

6. Put it into a bowl and place it in a warm place for fermentation. When the weather is cold, you can use a machine to heat and ferment it.

7. Ferment until it is twice its original size and becomes honeycomb-shaped inside.

8. Dip your hands in dry flour, knead the dough to release air, and then cut it into a smooth and hole-free surface. Let it sit for 10 minutes.

9. Roll the dough into long strips.

10. Use a knife to cut it into small squares (cut out the head and tail and knead it into a round bun).

11. Brush a layer of oil on the bottom and inner wall of the pot to prevent sticking. Put the steamed buns into the pot and continue to ferment until they are swollen and the surface is smooth without bumps (I preheat the oven to 100 degrees for 10 minutes, then turn off the power and put the steamer in for 20 minutes).

12. After the water boils, steam it for 15 minutes, then simmer for another 5 minutes after turning off the heat.

13. Carrot buns are not red, but a beautiful bright yellow.
