Mango Yogurt Mousse Cake (6 inches)

1. Press the digestive biscuits into powder, liquefy the butter and mix well, spread it on the bottom of the cake mold, compact it and refrigerate it

2. Soak gelatin in a proper amount of pure water until soft, then put it in the microwave for 30 seconds or heat it in water to melt.

5. Take out the refrigerated mold, pour in the regular mousse paste, sprinkle with an appropriate amount of mango pieces, then pour in the other half of the mousse paste, hang it flat on the surface, and refrigerate for two hours

6. Make the mirror surface: Add a little more water to the gelatin to soften it, put it in the microwave for a dozen seconds to melt, mix it with mango puree (sieved once for a finer texture), pour it on the surface of the mousse cake, and refrigerate for more than two hours.

7. After refrigerating, decorate as you like and enjoy
