How to make white radish crystal rolls

1. Wash the white radish (you can also peel it, but I don’t like peeling it)

2. Use a paring knife to cut into slices

3. Place on a plate, apply salt, and marinate for more than ten minutes.

4. Prepare the pork belly and chop it into paste and put it in a bowl

5. Chop ginger, garlic and onion.

6. Add the chopped ginger, garlic and chopped green onion to the pureed meat and then add some soy sauce, salt, thirteen spices, MSG, cornstarch, a small amount of water and cooking wine.

7. Mix in one direction until it is strong.

8. Pickle the white radish until the water is out.

9. Rinse off the salt water

10. Knead the prepared meat filling into long strips and place them on top of the radish slices.

13. Add half a pot of water to the hot pot and put in the steamer rack.

14. When the water is about to boil, use a universal tongs to clamp the plate and put it into the pot to steam.

15. Cover the lid and steam over high heat for ten minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for one minute.

16. Prepare cornstarch water, wolfberry, and chopped green onion.

17. Open the lid and use universal clips to clamp the plate and take it out of the pot.

18. Arrange the dish and sprinkle wolfberry and chopped green onion on the white radish rolls. Do not throw away the soup in the freshly steamed dish, save it for later use.

19. Heat the pan and add oil

20. Pour the water from the plate into the pot and turn down the heat.

21. Pour the cornstarch water into the pot and stir quickly

22. Stir until it becomes a thin paste.

23. Pour the cornstarch paste onto the white radish rolls.

24. It’s time to serve
