How to make sweet cold cake

1. Prepare the raw materials and stir them thoroughly until they become a thin paste.

2.1 Pack into bags and press into cakes. After the glutinous rice dough is formed, put it into a plastic bag while it is still hot and shape it into a pancake. Let it cool for more than ten minutes, then cut open the plastic.

3.2 Put the container into the microwave and cook on medium heat for one minute, then take it out and stir it thoroughly. This is to ensure that the batter is heated evenly. Then put it back in and continue beating on medium heat for one minute, take it out and stir. Repeat this five times, which is about five minutes. When it becomes translucent, it means the glutinous rice flour is cooked. In fact, I can beat the dough for another two minutes. I'm afraid it will be too hard after it cools down. I can control the time according to my own microwave oven during the production process. Haha, don't let soup or water go in. Just make the glutinous rice and stone eggs come out.

4. Add stuffing and roll into column shape. Haha, this step is similar to rolling sushi. Put your favorite filling on one end of the glutinous rice cake. I put peanut butter and red bean paste. Please note that for sushi, the rolled ingredients are placed in the middle, while for rice cake, the fillings are placed at one end of the rice cake. After rolling it, I remembered to put the filling in but didn’t take a photo

5. Cut into small pieces. Haha, it’s the same as cutting sushi. After cutting, you can wrap it with whatever you like. I used black and white sesame seeds, pork floss, and coconut flakes.
