How to make dumplings with fennel and meat filling

What skills do you need to master in order to make fennel meat dumplings with good taste, great color and fast production? Don’t be afraid. In fact, the method of making fennel meat dumplings is very simple. Don’t add too many seasonings. Just keep the original flavor of the food. You can add coriander and chopped green onions at the end to make the taste even better.

1. Pour in flour and knead the dough with warm water (this process is simple and I won’t go into details), cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

2. Buy minced meat, fennel and chives, wash and drain.

3. Chop fennel, chives and mince ginger.

4. Heat 50 grams of cold oil in a pan, add salt and fry sesame seeds until fragrant (until sesame seeds turn slightly yellow), let cool and set aside.

5. Pour salt, MSG, cooking wine, delicious soy sauce, thirteen spices, and pepper powder into the meat filling.

6. Add a little water, put on disposable gloves, and beat in one direction until the meat filling becomes sticky, then pour in minced ginger and mix well.

7. Add the chopped leeks and fennel into the minced meat and mix well.

10. Then cut into long strips.

11. Cut into small pieces and roll into balls with your hands.

12. Use a small rolling pin to roll the dough into a round shape.

13. Add the meat filling, clasp your hands together and squeeze it out, and the wrapped dumplings will appear in front of you.

14. Arrange the dumplings!
