21. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to medium-low heat and cook for about 3 minutes to allow the soup base to become rich in aroma.

22. Filter the cooked sour soup into the hot pot, and then place the marinated fish fillets on a plate. Put the hot pot on the induction cooker and bring it to a boil, then you can slowly cook the fish fillets.
