How to make chiffon cake (7-inch and 8-inch)

5. Look at the picture and beat the egg whites to this state. The small sharp hook is a sign of hard beating! If the egg whites are overbeaten, they will become tofu dregs and cannot be used!

6. The egg beater also has a small sharp hook. If you haven't seen it clearly, the best way is to turn the bowl upside down. The egg white will not move or fall, but stand firmly there. Congratulations, you are not far from success!

7. Pour three portions of egg white into the egg yolk bowl and mix, then pour all of it into the egg white bowl to fully mix the egg white and egg yolk (pay attention to the technique, don't draw circles, go up and down, left and right, copy the bottom, then up and down, left and right...) At this time, preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes!

8. After fully mixing, install the mold, and then gently shake the mold to shake out the bubbles in the egg liquid (shake it three or four times)

9. After the oven is preheated, place it on the bottom layer of the oven, bake at 150 degrees for 60 minutes, and cover with tin foil after coloring!

10. After baking, take it out and shake it once or twice, turn it upside down, and remove it from the mold after it cools down!
