How to make glutinous rice eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients and dice the vegetables and meat

3. Soak the glutinous rice in water for 2 hours, drain and set aside

4. Mix glutinous rice and diced vegetables, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, sesame oil, and stir well.

5. Use a small spoon to stuff the glutinous rice into the egg until it is 80% full.

6. Each one should be stuffed well, and be sure to stuff it firmly.

7. Wrap it with tin foil and steam it for 45 minutes to 1 hour

8. It’s out of the pot, and it smells delicious
