Homemade beef recipe

It is nice to eat at home usually and go out occasionally to change the taste, but now some people do just the opposite, they always eat out usually and cook for themselves occasionally. In fact, this eating habit is very unhealthy. Home-cooked beef is simple to make, and you can make it at home even if you have limited time.

1. Remove the beef stem membrane and clean it.

2. Cut into slices and marinate with salt and oyster sauce for 30 minutes. Add starch and knead evenly before frying.

3. Cut the ingredients. (As shown in the picture)

4. Heat the oil in a wok until it is 5 layers hot, then put the beef into the wok and fry it.

5. Fry in oil and place in a plate for later use.

6. Put oil in the wok again and heat it to 3 layers. Stir-fry the bean paste, ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the chili.

7. Finally, add beef, vinegar and light soy sauce and stir-fry.

8. Add celery, salt and MSG just before serving.

9. Stir-fry for a few times and then serve.

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. This home-cooked beef dish only takes a dozen minutes to prepare. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
