8. Fill the silicone cake mold about 80% full.

9. After the water in the steamer boils, put the mold into the tray (steam both layers at the same time) and steam over high heat for 25 minutes

10. The steamed rice cakes puff up very well.

11. Remove from heat and let cool

12. De-mould after cooling, it is perfect!
