How to make coarse grain tea porridge

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of making coarse grain tea porridge is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew it. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Prepare raw peanuts, mung beans, black beans, brown rice, and rice.

2. Wash and soak all ingredients except rice in Figure 1 for 30 minutes.

3. Wash the rice, mix it with the soaked ingredients, and put it into the pressure cooker.

4. Add water, cover the lid, turn on high heat, and simmer for 15 minutes after the pot starts to steam.

5. While the pressure cooker is working, prepare the ingredients for making tea paste. Prepare the following ingredients: cooked peanuts, crushed tea leaves, sesame seeds (raw or cooked), and coriander.

6. Put the cooked peanuts, sesame seeds and tea leaves into a food processor and add 1 cup of cold boiled water.

7. Beat into pulp.

8. Add coriander and appropriate amount of salt.

9. Stir again to make a paste.

10. Look, the tea pulp has been stirred.

11. Open the lid of the multi-grain porridge that you just cooked.

12. Add the beaten tea pulp.

13. Stir well.

14. Prepare kale and wash it.

15. Chop the kale and mince some garlic.

16. Put kale and minced garlic into a wok and fry until cooked, add salt and serve.

17. Pour the fried kale into the tea porridge.

18. Stir well.

19. The healthy and delicious whole grain tea porridge is ready!

Coarse grain tea porridge is an easy dish to make. People who work overtime for a long time and have no time to cook can try making this dish. It only requires simple steaming and adding seasonings that suit your taste before serving.
