1. Wash and drain the yellow thorn fish

2. Crack the eggs into a container and beat them

3. Add sifted flour and a little salt to make a paste (if you accidentally add too much flour, add some water to mix well)

4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour in the prepared egg batter, and spread it into an egg pancake

5. Cut the spread egg pancake into small pieces for later use

8. When the soup turns milky white, add the chopped egg pancakes and continue cooking over medium heat for two minutes.

9. Add salt and chives to season and serve.
