How to make auspicious taro

Being busy with work and having difficulty in cooking are the main reasons why many people choose to eat in restaurants. In fact, although cooking takes a little time, doing it yourself can better maintain your health, and it is worth it. The method of making Jixiang Ruyi (taro) is very easy, and people who have no talent for cooking can also master it through simple learning.

1. Prepare the materials.

2. Wash the ribs with warm water and blanch them.

3. Cut the taro into cubes, wash it, drain the water and set aside, and flatten the garlic.

4. Fry the taro in oil until cooked. Add appropriate amount of salt.

5. Serve and set aside.

6. Use the oil left over from frying the taro to fry the ribs until the surface is slightly yellow. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

7. Put the ribs aside, add sugar and fry until it turns caramel color, then stir-fry evenly with the ribs.

8. Add salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes until the color changes.

9. Add clean water, more water.

10. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

11. After 30 minutes, add taro, stir well, and simmer for 5 minutes.

12. After 5 minutes, simmer over high heat until the sauce thickens. The delicious dish is ready!

13. Garnish with coriander and serve!

If you want to eat nutritiously and healthily, cooking by yourself is undoubtedly the best choice. The method of making Jixiang Ruyi (taro) is easy, which provides us with more choices.
