4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, put it in the upper middle layer, and bake at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes until the shortbread is colored. Adjust the time according to the temperament of your oven. If baking two pans at the same time, you need to swap their positions.

5. I bake two trays at the same time, one in the middle layer and one in the upper-middle layer. When the upper-middle layer is done, take it out and move the middle layer to the upper-middle layer. Continue making pancakes at this time. After the pan has cooled slightly, place it on a cooling rack and put the new pancakes on the baking tray. The middle plate in the oven is ready now, so I'll replace it. This time I made two servings and they will be baked in a moment.

6. Cool and sealed, the oil will not return for several weeks.
