How to make Shandong steamed buns

2. Then stir well.

3. Finally, knead the dough with warm water.

8. Then cut into six dough pieces.

9. Knead the dough pieces one by one.

10. Knead the dough into a semicircular, slightly higher ball and then add sugar to it.

11. Let the sugar in the dough rise until a small indentation appears when you press it lightly with your finger, but it bounces back quickly. It takes about 20 minutes for the sugar to rise.

12. First boil the water in the steamer, then place the dough into the steamer, leaving enough space between the dough for expansion. Finally, cover the pot and steam over high heat for 20 minutes.

13. The fragrant big steamed buns are ready.
