How to make Inari sushi

1. Cut the bean curd into half. Put it in a small pot, pour a lot of hot water, cook for a while until it softens, and drain the water.

3. Let the cooked bean curd skin cool down and squeeze out the water with your hands

4.Pinch a ball of sushi rice and stuff it into the tofu skin, leaving 1/4 of it, fold one side, and press the other side to close it.
