How to make spicy scallion pancakes

10. Stand each dough piece upright and flatten it. Place the chopped scallion filling facing upwards and roll it into a thin pancake.

11. Pour some oil into the pan, turn on low heat, put the rolled pancakes into the pan, and fry until both sides are golden brown before removing from the pan.

12. The delicious scallion spicy pancakes are ready to be eaten.
