How to cook pork with tofu?

Materials

Ingredients: 250g tofu (northern), 150g pork (fat and lean), 150g cabbage

Seasoning: 50g peanut oil, 5g green onion, 10g cooking wine, 15g sugar, 25g soy sauce, 4g salt, 2g MSG

Preparation method

1. Wash the tofu, drain the water, cut into 2-3 cm long cubes, deep fry in 60-70% hot oil until golden brown, remove from the oil and drain;

2. Wash the cabbage heart and cut it into 5 cm long and 3 cm wide slices;

3. Cut the pork into rectangular pieces of the same size as the tofu cubes;

4. Put a little oil in a pot and heat it to 50%. First, add sugar and fry until it turns slightly red. Then add pork cubes and stir-fry for a while. Then add chopped green onions, cooking wine, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the meat cubes are colored. Then add tofu cubes, cabbage heart, fresh soup and salt. After boiling, simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

5. When the meat is tender, use high heat to reduce the sauce, add MSG and mix well, then serve.

Honey and tofu cannot be eaten together

Tofu tastes sweet, salty, cold in nature, and slightly toxic. It can clear away heat and disperse blood, and eliminate turbid air in the large intestine. Honey is sweet, cool and smooth. Eating the two together can easily cause diarrhea. At the same time, honey contains a variety of enzymes, and tofu contains a variety of minerals, plant protein and organic acids. Mixing the two can easily produce biochemical reactions that are not beneficial to the human body. Therefore, it is not advisable to eat honey after eating tofu, let alone eat them together.

Tofu and spinach cannot be eaten together

Spinach is rich in nutrients and is known as the "king of vegetables", but spinach contains a lot of oxalic acid, about 300 mg of oxalic acid per 100 grams of spinach. Tofu contains a lot of calcium. If both enter the human body at the same time, chemical changes will occur in the body to produce insoluble calcium oxalate. The stones in the human body are formed by the deposition of insoluble calcium salts such as calcium oxalate and calcium carbonate, so it is best not to eat spinach and tofu together.
