1. Peel and wash the taro, cut into pieces, slice the pork belly, and cut the ginger and red pepper into shreds.

2. Pour oil into a hot pan, put the taro in the pan and fry it first. Sprinkle some salt during the frying process, so that the taro will be more fragrant and flavorful.

3. Fry until slightly charred and set aside.

4. After taking out the taro, if there is still some oil left in the pan, pour the pork belly in and continue frying to release the oil.

5. Add shredded ginger and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add fried taro and two spoons of light soy sauce and stir-fry.

6. Finally, season and serve.
