Stir-fried goose eggs with toon sprouts

Method

   Step 1

   Prepare the toon sprouts by washing them clean and setting them aside.

   Step 2

   Boil water in a pot, add toon sprouts and cook for ten seconds, then remove and set aside.

   After scooping out the eggs, finely chop the toon sprouts and add them to the goose eggs, then mix well.

   Pour lard into the pan and heat it until it's hot, then pour in the evenly mixed egg mixture.

   After pouring, use a spatula to spread it out as shown in the picture.

   Once cooked, it can be served.
