   minced meat bought from the market

   diced lotus root

   minced scallions and ginger

   Add diced lotus root, diced celery, scallions, and ginger to the meat, crack in an egg, add half a bowl of cornstarch, salt, chicken bouillon, pepper, and oyster sauce.

   After mixing, shape the mixture into balls and fry them in a pan.

   Heat oil, add meatballs, and fry over medium-low heat until cooked through.
