Steamed hairy crab

   Step 1

   Scrub the crabs clean with a brush and rinse them with water, but do not remove the ropes.

   Step 2

   Place the crabs in a pot 700 about 500 ml of tap water. Once the water boils, place the crabs in the pot and steam over high heat for about 25 minutes, covered. (Note that the crabs should be placed upside down; the way I placed them is incorrect, 30 many people make this mistake.)
