Toon sprouts mixed with peanuts

Method

   Step 1

   Select the tender tips of the toon shoots and wash them.

   Step 2

   Blanch the toon shoots in boiling water, remove them, sprinkle with salt, and let them drain.

   Fry the peanuts, sprinkle with a little salt, mix well, and let cool before using.

   Chop into small pieces and place on top of fried peanuts

   Add a few drops of light soy sauce and chili oil, sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers, and mix well. Toon sprouts—very fragrant! Peanuts—very fragrant! Secret chili oil—very fragrant! The peanuts are deep-fried, and the chili oil is only slightly added; the saltiness should be minimal, just slightly salty. Remember this!
