Method

   Step 1

   Clean the crucian carp, pour some Shaoxing wine over it, and marinate for a while before use.

   Garlic slices and ginger slices

   Scallion and Egg

   Pan-fry the fish, then pour in cold water and add ginger and garlic slices.

   Cook for one minute, then add tofu and turn to medium heat.

   Boil water, add beaten eggs, salt, and shiitake mushrooms, then simmer over low heat.
