How to make mushroom and shrimp baked rice

We often see food shows on TV and make ourselves envious. Here is how to make baked rice with mushrooms and shrimps. Prepare the ingredients and start making it.

1. Wash the seafood mushrooms and drain them for later use.

2. Wash and cut the mushrooms into slices.

3. Remove the whiskers of the shrimp and clean them.

4. Heat the pan with oil and add the shrimps.

5. Stir-fry until oil comes out.

6. Serve and set aside.

7. Add scallion and ginger into the pot and stir-fry.

8. Add mushrooms and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains are distinct.

10.Put the fried rice into a baking bowl and flatten it.

11. Arrange the shrimps.

12.Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese evenly.

13. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

14. Place in a baking bowl.

15. Bake on the middle layer at 170 degrees for 5 to 7 minutes.
