8. Add diced mushrooms and dried shrimps and stir fry for one minute

9. Pour in the sauce prepared in step 5

10. Cook over medium heat until a little soup remains in the pot

11. Pour a small bowl of rice

12. Turn to high heat and stir fry until the rice and all the ingredients are evenly mixed and the rice grains are dry. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and mix well before serving.
