If the meatballs are too big, by the time the center is cooked through, the chopped noodles on the outside will have become mushy, which will affect the taste.

8. Heat the oil in a pan, put the shrimp balls into the pan and fry them over medium-low heat. This kind of instant noodle meatballs has a very crispy texture, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Using instant noodles as the outer coating can increase the crispy taste, but you must pay attention to the frying temperature must be properly controlled, frying on medium or low heat will not make it burnt and will still be crispy.
