What is the authentic steak recipe?

Key Tip 1: Do not add liquid seasonings during the marinating process. Do not add wine, soy sauce, etc., because liquids will lower the temperature and explode when they come into contact with oil, thus damaging the meat. This is equivalent to draining water before cooking, the less water the better.

Key Tip 2: Why do you pour oil on the steak? Because the oil seeps into the steak and gets heated together when frying, making it easier to cook. This is equivalent to the fact that Northeastern sweet and sour pork needs to be fried twice, the same principle. This is something that is very easy to overlook.

Key Tip 3: No need to add additional oil to the pan. If you add oil to the pan, the oil temperature and the steak temperature will not be consistent, which will make it easier to burn.

Key Tip 4: If you don’t like blood inside, you can microwave it while it’s hot for 30 seconds. Microwaves heat from the inside out, which makes up for this! In addition, steak must be eaten hot.
