How to cook sweet and sour pork with pineapple

1. Cut the pork tenderloin into small pieces on both sides and marinate with soy sauce, salt, pepper and egg white for half an hour

2. While the meat is marinating, cut the pineapple into pieces, add rock sugar and cook it into rock sugar pineapple. After cooking, most of it is kept as fruit, and a small bowl of pineapple and soup is prepared for cooking.

1. Change the knife before cutting the tenderloin to make it more flavorful;
