1. Four bags of digestive biscuits, about 90 grams

2. Crush the biscuits in a fresh-keeping bag

3. Melt the butter in water

4. Add the melted butter to the biscuit crumbs and mix well.

5. Because there is no cake mold, I put it directly in a bowl, compact the biscuits, and put it in the refrigerator to set.

6. 40g milk is ready

8. Pour gelatin powder into milk to make foam

9. Add sugar powder to homemade yogurt and mix well

11. Heat the gelatin powder in water until there are no particles.

12. Add gelatin liquid into yogurt and stir evenly

13. Add the whipped cream to the yogurt

14. Mixed mousse paste

15. Divide the mousse paste into two portions

16. Add sifted cocoa powder to one portion and mix well.

17. Take out the bowl with the mousse base and pour the two portions of mousse paste into it alternately.

18. After pouring, you should pour it slowly from the middle to make it look beautiful. I didn't. After pouring, put it in the refrigerator

19. After six hours in the refrigerator, blow with a hair dryer or warm with a hot towel before removing from the mold. I totally forgot to take a photo.

20. Cut a small piece and take a picture

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
