How to make shrimp and five-color vegetable pancakes

The busy life makes many people be careless in diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually, but they don’t know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the shrimp and five-color vegetable pancake is simple and delicious to make. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Prepare the ingredients. Soak the mushrooms in advance, wash and cut into pieces. Wash and cut the carrots into small pieces. Peel and dice the yam and put them in cold water to prevent oxidation. Wash and remove the shrimp thread. Add a little cooking wine, salt and pepper to marinate for 10 minutes. Set aside the green peas and sweet corn kernels.

2. Prepare the seasonings (cooking wine, salt, starch, pepper, chicken juice, lemon juice).

3. Put water in a pot, add peas, sweet corn kernels, carrots, diced yam and diced mushrooms when the water boils, blanch them until cooked, remove from the pot, cool and drain, set aside.

4. The shrimps are well-seasoned. Put them on a panel and chop them into small pieces. They don’t need to be too fine, just granular.

5. Then put the prepared ingredients into a clean bowl and add a few drops of lemon juice to remove the fishy smell of the shrimps and enhance the flavor.

6. Add salt, starch, pepper and chicken juice and mix well.

7. Then add some flour and wait until it forms a dough.

8. Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of ingredients, put them into the preheated pan, press them into pancakes, and fry them slowly over low heat.

9. When one side is browned, gently turn it over to the other side and bake until both sides are slightly yellow. You can control the time by yourself and fry until it is cooked.

10. Serve on the table and enjoy.

11. You can also squeeze some tomato sauce to make it taste better.

12. There is no raw surface inside, the raw shrimps are fully cooked and can be enjoyed.

This dish is edible for most people, including the elderly, children, and women. However, those who suffer from gastrointestinal discomfort should eat less. Although delicious food is tasty, don't be greedy.
