1. Wash the lamb chops and soak them in water for 1 hour, changing the water 4 times to remove the blood and mutton smell.

2. Put the lamb chops into the pot with cold water and add cooking wine to blanch

3. As shown in the picture, after the water in the pot boils for 2 minutes, take out the lamb chops. (You don’t need to turn off the heat when taking out the lamb chops. Just take them out from the middle of the pot where the water is boiling. This way, you don’t need to rinse them with cold water!)

4. Put the blanched lamb chops into a ceramic pot and add appropriate amount of hot water, as well as green onion and ginger. Then cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes and then add the white radish!

5. Wash the white radish and cut it into pieces for later use.

6. After 20 minutes, add the white radish into the pot and stew it together. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 40 minutes.

7. When the time is up, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir evenly

8. Then add an appropriate amount of pepper, stir evenly, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

9. After stewing, turn off the heat and simmer for a while before serving

10. Pour the stewed white radish and lamb chops into a soup bowl and sprinkle some coriander on top!

11. White radish and lamb chops soup is ready! Enjoy it slowly!
