How to Make Pad Thai

Fried rice noodles is a type of Thai dish and is an indispensable delicacy when traveling to Thailand. Rice noodles are made from rice and have high nutritional value. Introduction: Fish sauce is a common seasoning in Thai cuisine, and this Pad Thai is no exception. The fish sauce makes the pork more flavorful, and blends with the spicy taste of chili and shallots, making it fresh, fragrant and delicious. This dish is rich in vitamins A, B group, C, as well as zinc, potassium, iron and phosphorus.

Material

480g rice noodles, 100g pork, 80g carrots, 1 green bell pepper, 1 red pepper, 1/2 onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp minced shallot, 6 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce, 3/4 tsp sugar, pepper to taste, garnish: 1 tbsp peanuts, 1 tbsp pork floss, marinade: 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp sugar, cornstarch to taste

How to make Pad Thai

1. Cut the pork into thick strips and marinate with the marinade for 10 minutes. Heat the pan and add 4 tablespoons of oil. Lightly fry the pork in warm oil, drain and set aside.

2. Heat the pan without adding oil, add the peanuts and stir-fry until fragrant and cooked. Remove from the pan and grind them into powder after cooling down.

3. Cut carrots and onions into strips; remove the seeds from bell pepper and red pepper and cut into strips; chop garlic and shallots and set aside.

4. Heat the pan and add one tablespoon of oil. Fry garlic, shallots and red pepper until fragrant.

5. Add pork and shredded carrots and stir-fry until cooked. Add onion and green pepper shreds, mix well, and serve.

6. Heat the pan again and add one tablespoon of oil. Add rice noodles and stir-fry until loose.

7. Return the pork and other ingredients to the pot, add fish sauce, sugar, pepper and other seasonings and mix well. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and pork floss and serve.
