Garlic Loach Recipe

A healthy diet can prolong a person’s life. So, how can we use “eating” to prolong our life? You still have to achieve it by yourself. Now, I will introduce the method of cooking garlic-flavored loach.

1.1 Wash the loach and put it in a basin for later use

2.2 Wash and cut the garlic sprouts into sections, chop the garlic and ginger.

3. Take the pot off the stove, do not add oil in the pot yet, put the washed loaches into the pot and cover the pot until all the loaches are scalded to death.

4. Remove the lid of the pot, add oil and fry the loach until it changes color slightly (add a little cooking wine when frying), then add minced garlic and minced ginger and stir-fry.

5. When the loach turns golden brown, add salt, chicken essence, chili powder and dark soy sauce in turn and stir well.

6. Finally, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry for 30 seconds before serving.
