How to cook squid and pig's trotters

4. Fry the squid and garlic in a pan until fragrant and cooked.

8. Take a pressure cooker, pour the squid and pig's trotters into it, add 1.5 bowls of water, cover it, turn on high heat, turn to low heat when the pot is steaming, and cook for 20 minutes.

9. After 20 minutes, turn off the heat. When the pot is steaming, open the lid and the squid and pig's trotter stew is done.

10. Place on a plate and sprinkle with chopped green onions, then you can start eating.
