How to make chiffon with ordinary flour

We have many foodie friends in our lives. If we have good cooking skills, we can enjoy them in our spare time. You can call good friends to make chiffon cakes with ordinary flour, which is really enjoyable.

1. Raw material picture. I used my son’s milk drink instead of milk. Since I didn’t have low-gluten flour, I used ordinary flour and corn starch instead.

2.12 Take four eggs and separate the egg white and yolk. The bowl for the egg white must be free of water and oil.

3.21 After beating the egg white into fish-like bubbles, add 20 grams of sugar.

4. Add the remaining 40 grams of sugar in two batches and continue beating the egg whites.

5. Beat the egg whites until they are dry foam. They will not fall when a chopstick is inserted into them, and the foam will not disappear even if you leave it for a few minutes.

6.12 Add salt, milk, oil and 20 grams of sugar to the egg yolks, and beat with a whisk at low speed until coarse bubbles form.

7.21 Pour in the powder that has been sifted twice.

8. Stir quickly.

9. Add one third of egg white to egg yolk.

10. Mix quickly from bottom to top like turning the pages of a book, and pour into the remaining egg whites.

11. Mix everything well again, remember not to make circles.

12. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds on the bottom of the mold. (I used an eight-inch hollow mold)

13. Pour the egg mixture into the mold and tap it a few times to create bubbles.

14. Bake in oven at 160 degrees for about 35 minutes.

15. Turn the cake upside down after it comes out of the oven and remove it from the mold after it cools down.

Maybe someone in your family knows how to make chiffon cake with ordinary flour, but I believe the method is different. Therefore, in order to experience the difference, you should try it yourself. Only through your own efforts can you realize its value.
