How to make stir-fried bok choy?

Bok choy is a common vegetable that can be paired with many dishes. We also see stir-fried bok choy in our daily lives. This cooking method is relatively simple and the taste is lighter. Chinese cabbage is rich in fiber and water, and can prevent hyperlipidemia and hypertension.

Method 1

raw material:

250 grams of Chinese cabbage, 5 red peppers, and 5 grams of ginger.

seasoning:

5 grams of salt, 3 grams of sugar, and 2 grams of chicken essence.

practice:

1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into 3 cm long sections and drain the water, but don’t drain it too clean. Cut the ginger into shreds and break the red pepper into two sections.

2. Pour oil into a hot pan, add shredded ginger and red pepper segments, stir-fry until fragrant, then add the chopped Chinese cabbage and stir-fry quickly. When the color of the Chinese cabbage changes, add chicken essence, salt and sugar to season.

2. Chop the garlic and fry until fragrant;

3. Cut the Chinese cabbage into sections and stir-fry over high heat;
