Ingredients: chili, white clams, onions, coriander, ginger, water starch, minced garlic. Method: 1. Soak the white clams in salt water for half a day to allow them to spit out all the sand inside. This is very important. 2. Then put oil in the pot, add chili peppers, fry until spicy, then add onion and ginger into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant, then add white clams, after they open, add coriander and minced garlic, add a little celery sauce and it is ready to serve.

Shredded Ginger Clam Soup

Ingredients: 600g clams, 20g shredded ginger, 10g sliced ​​ginger, 1200cc water, 1 teaspoon salt, a little rice wine. Method: 1. Soak the clams in water, spit out the sand, then wash and set aside. 2. Put water and ginger slices into the pot and bring to a boil. Add the clams prepared in step 1 and bring to a boil again. Add the shredded ginger. 3. Turn to medium heat and continue cooking until the clams open, then add all the seasonings.

Fried Clams

Ingredients: 600g clams, 1 tomato, 30g celery, 10g minced ginger, 10g minced chili, 10g minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp chicken powder, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp black vinegar, 1 tsp chili oil, 1 tbsp rice wine, 2 tbsp oil. Method: 1. Put the clams in water to spit out the sand for about 1 hour, then wash and set aside. 2. Dice tomatoes and diced celery, set aside. 3. Heat a pan, add oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and minced chili and sauté until fragrant. Then add the clams from step 1 and the diced tomatoes from step 2 and stir-fry until the clams are slightly opened. 4. Add the celery pieces from step 2 and other seasonings and stir-fry.
