1. Lightly cook the noodles and just boil them. Then take it out and rinse it with cold water, add a few drops of oil, grab it with your hands or chopsticks and set aside.

11. Open the pot lid and use a spatula and chopsticks to stir and shake the noodles

12. Finally, add MSG and sprinkle with chopped green onions

15. Serve. The simple, easy and filling fried noodles are ready.
