How to make stir-fried beans with pepper and lean meat

1. Pick the beans and wash them clean

2. Use a knife to cut the pepper in the middle, dig out the pepper core, and cut it into diagonal strips.

3. Wash the lean meat, slice it and marinate it with 1 spoon of light soy sauce. Preheat the pan and add peanut oil. When the oil is hot, add the lean meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

4. Then pour in the beans and keep frying until they change color

6. Keep frying until cooked. Stir-fry and serve
