Repeat twice, open it, and sprinkle flour on it again to prevent sticking. Repeat step 14 until the round cake is rolled into a larger and thinner shape.

10. Sprinkle flour or dry starch on the round cake, fold the cake into a W shape, don't roll it up.

11. Cut it with a knife. You can cut it wider at the beginning, otherwise it will easily break when cooked. Then cut it thinner as you gain experience. Cut, shake and set aside. Boil water in a pot, put the noodles in and cook.

12. Take out the noodles and eat them directly, or put them into cold boiled water or drinking water. This way the noodles will be more refreshing and suitable for mixing with noodles and stewing!
