American-style finger-licking grilled ribs

5. Line the baking tray with cellophane or aluminum foil, place the ribs on it, apply a layer of barbecue sauce on them, and bake them for 15 minutes using the oven's barbecue function. Take them out, pour the juice that has seeped out from the steaming of the meat on the ribs, then apply all the remaining barbecue sauce on them, and bake for another 15 minutes.

6. Finished product. The surface is golden red in color and has a strong garlic aroma. Take a bite, the meat is covered with orange-scented sauce, and the rich taste of slightly spicy, sweet and salty is so delicious that you can't stop eating!
