1. After buying sand clams, put them in water for a long time and let them spit out the sand. Change the water several times in between.

4. Wash the leeks, remove the yellow parts, and wash them twice more. Cut into pieces

5. Dig out the core of the bell pepper, wash it and cut it into small pieces. Remove the basil leaves, wash them and chop them.

6. Wash and chop the ginger, and make two portions, one for frying and one for pickling clams

7. Put half a spoon of water in the pot and bring to a boil

8. Pour in the clams, cover the pot, and open the lid when you hear a sound in the pot

9. The clams will open, take them out and put them in cold water

10. Pour into cold water, wash them one by one, wash them several times

11. Wash the clams and put them into the plug to drain the water.

12. Find a larger bowl, pour the drained clams into it, add ginger, two spoons of salt, two spoons of cooking wine, two spoons of tea oil, and two spoons of light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for half an hour.

13. Heat the pan, add a spoonful of tea oil, add the bell pepper and stir-fry until it is almost cooked, set aside

14. Pour two spoons of tea oil again, add minced ginger when the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.

15. Add the sand clams and stir-fry, then add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and cook for a few minutes.

16. After a few minutes, add the chives and keep frying for a few minutes.

17. Add the red pepper and fry for a few minutes, then add two spoons of soy sauce and fry for a while.

18. Stir-fry for a few minutes and it’s done.

19. Serve
