How to make braised chicken with potatoes and mushrooms

1. Half a Qingyuan chicken bought from the supermarket

2. Add chicken to the pot. Blanch.

3. 2 potatoes. About 10 shiitake mushrooms. Appropriate amount of ginger. 3 cloves of garlic. (Do not discard the water used to soak the mushrooms)

4. Cut potatoes into pieces. I like soft potatoes, so I cut them smaller. Cut mushrooms in half. Cut some of the ginger into strips and some into fine pieces. Slice the garlic.

5. Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot. Add ginger and garlic into the pot. Saute until fragrant.

6. Add the blanched chicken pieces. Stir-fry quickly over high heat until evenly combined.

7. Stir-fry potatoes and mushrooms in a pan, add the water used to soak the mushrooms, and then add an appropriate amount of water to cover all the ingredients.

8. Add appropriate amount of salt. Pour in appropriate amount of soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes.

9. Prepare appropriate amount of cornstarch.

10. Add chopped pepper to the cornstarch.

11. Add a spoonful of Lao Gan Ma.

12. Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

13. Add appropriate amount of water and make it into a paste.

14. After 30 minutes, open the pot. Pour in the prepared starch and mix quickly. It can be served immediately.
