How to make sago pumpkin

1. Prepare the ingredients: a little pumpkin or a purple potato, tapioca pearls, glutinous rice flour, sugar powder

2. Steam the pumpkin (or purple sweet potato)

3. Remove excess water from the steamed pumpkin, add glutinous rice flour and a little powdered sugar and mix well. Set aside for making stuffing, don't mix it too hard. Pumpkin itself contains a lot of water, so no need to add water

4. Use a food processor to grind the tapioca pearls, sieve them, and then grind the un-crushed ones further as shown in Figure 5 and Figure 6.

8. Mix the crushed sago flour with water to form dough. After kneading, relax for 20 minutes (cover with a damp cloth)

9. Roll the relaxed tapioca dough into a rectangular shape

10. Roll the mixed pumpkin filling into small strips

11. Put the pumpkin filling on the tapioca flour as shown in the picture (the pumpkin picture is blurry, so use purple potato instead)

12.As shown in the figure. Use tapioca flour to wrap the pumpkin filling and knead it evenly

13.As shown in the figure. Cut into small pieces

14. Place baking paper on the plate as shown in the picture

15. Steam in a steamer for 20 minutes
