5. Divide into 50g portions. Round. Ferment again for 45 minutes

6. After fermentation, take a piece of long tongue-shaped

7. Use a scraper to turn the dough over, place it horizontally, and roll it up from top to bottom to make it into an olive shape.

8. Place in a baking tray and let rise for the third time for 40 minutes.

9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Brush a layer of egg wash on the surface. Bake on the middle shelf for 15 minutes.

10. After roasting, remove from the mold and place on the grill to cool. Cool to palm temperature and seal for storage.
