How to make spinach and pork wontons

1. Prepare materials

2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water and chop it into small pieces for later use

3. Chop the green onion and ginger

4. Beat an egg into the meat filling, add chopped green onion and ginger, pour in sesame oil, soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce, stir with chopsticks in one direction, and marinate for 30 minutes to make the meat filling tasty.

5. Add spinach to the marinated meat filling and stir. The wonton filling is ready.

6. Take a wonton wrapper and put the filling on the small end of the wrapper.

7. Roll twice from top to bottom

8. Pinch the edges tightly and finally pinch the tail together, and a wonton is ready.

9. The wontons are ready to be cooked.

10. You can add dried shrimp, seaweed, coriander, and your favorite seasonings to the wontons cooked in boiling water.

11. A bowl of hot and fragrant wontons is ready
