Production:

1. Add water to flour and make dough, and let sugar ferment for one hour;

2. Cut the leek into small pieces, cut the carrot into thin strips, soak the vermicelli in boiling water until soft and then cut into small pieces;

7. Place a frying pan on the fire, apply a little oil, put the sesame seeds face down into the pan, fry them over low heat until they turn golden, then turn them over. Add a little water and cover the pan until the water is dry. Pour in a little oil and fry until golden brown before serving.
